About Us

Welcome to GreenAcres Estate

Green Acres Montana Home Association (GAMHOA) operates under Companies Act and own Memorandum of Incorporation of which must be complied with. There is great expectation for GAMHOA to put more emphasis on rendering utilities service and estate management in-house, and the company has to generate its own resources, as it does not have access to any other form of funding except levies.

To contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the homeowners living in Green Acres by ensuring that estate management and security are to their benefit and in accordance with the laws of the land.
